about our classes
hot yoga
-
The original hot yoga class. A set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practised in the same order each time. The consistency of the sequence gives you space to build concentration, determination and mental strength, while working through the whole body.
There are no downward dogs in this class, making it a great option if you find weight-bearing on your wrists uncomfortable. The focus is on calm discipline, stillness and learning to stay present with the practice.
A great class for both newcomers and experienced practitioners. There is no need to be flexible or experienced to get started.
Saturday Signature Class: Every Saturday, we'll begin with a short 5-minute breakdown of one of the postures, giving you the chance to understand your practice a little more and keep building your skills.
-
Our 60-minute version of the Classic 26&2.
40 Degrees Heat
We work through the full sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, with some postures practised once rather than twice so we can fit everything into the hour.
Although it's shorter, we don't rush the practice. There is still time to breathe, be still and enjoy your final savasana.
A great option if you love the 26&2 sequence but have less time, or if you're looking for a shorter, focused practice.
Perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
This class has no downward dog or table top poses, so is a great one for those who maybe struggle with the wrists.

Ready to explore where the Classic 26&2 can take you next?
The Classic 56&2 builds on the familiar 26&2 sequence, introducing more postures and showing how the practice can develop as you build strength, balance, concentration and confidence.
If you've been practising 26&2 regularly and feel comfortable with the sequence, this is a natural next step. You'll have the opportunity to explore more challenging postures and see how they connect with the foundations you've already built.
As always, you can rest whenever you need to. This isn't about keeping up — it's about exploring your practice and discovering what you're capable of.
-
Our Hot Flow 26 class is a dynamic blend of the original 26 hot yoga postures with flowing transitions and creative variations.
Expect a strong balancing section, a powerful warrior sequence and focused core work, with plenty of opportunities to choose the level that feels right for you.
A great class if you enjoy the familiarity of the 26&2 but want a little more movement, variety and a chance to explore.
-
A slower, more relaxed flow designed to help you move, stretch and unwind.
We'll focus on the hips, hamstrings, back, neck and shoulders, with gentle flowing transitions, a short balancing sequence and plenty of time for deeper stretches towards the end of class.
A lovely choice if you're looking for something slower and more spacious, while still enjoying the warmth and movement of a hot yoga class.

A fun, energetic yoga practice based on the Ashtanga tradition and developed by Larry Schultz.
Rocket follows a sequence, but there is more space to explore, play and make the practice your own.
Expect strong movement, twists, binds and balances, with opportunities to explore poses such as crow and handstands if they're part of your practice. There are always options, so you can challenge yourself or simply enjoy moving with your breath.
Come ready to move, have fun and see where your practice can take you.

Join us for a 30-minute stretching class specially crafted for runners, perfect as a relaxing post-Park Run recovery.
We'll focus on areas that often need a little extra attention after running, including the hamstrings, calves, hips and back. It's a great way to support mobility and flexibility alongside your running, with gentle movement that's easy on the joints.
The class isn’t hot but maintains a warm ambiance with the residual heat from the morning class, creating a soothing environment to unwind.
We provide mats and props, just bring a large towel for comfort.
Come as you are straight after the Park Run and embrace the benefits of targeted stretching to fuel your running journey.
First Saturday of every month is free.
-
A beautiful combination of gentle movement and deep rest.
We'll begin with 45 minutes of yin yoga, using longer-held, supported poses to help you settle into stillness and become more comfortable with slowing down. This is followed by a 45-minute sound bath, giving you time to completely relax and switch off.
You don't need to be experienced in yin or meditation, just come as you are and give yourself permission to slow down.
Bring an eye mask if you have one, and you're very welcome to bring a pillow or anything else that helps you feel comfortable.

A relaxed community morning for parents, carers and little ones aged 0–4.
The studio will be open from 8am–11am with toys, play time, a little toddler yoga, a short workout for parents and plenty of time to chat and connect with other local families.
There's no need to arrive at a particular time, come for the whole 3 hours or drop in whenever it works for you. We know mornings with little ones don't always go to plan, so naps, school runs and breakfast battles are all welcome!
We'll have pram parking in the warehouse behind the studio and baby-changing facilities in the studio bathrooms.
£3 for non-members. Free for members.
Anna will be there with her own little one, see you there!

Take it easy, take breaks, and breathe through your nose for a cooling effect. Stay in the room—master that on your first class, and you'll find future classes a lot easier.
All you have to do is breathe and stay in the room, the postures and stamina will come in no time.
-
Unfortunately we can’t let in late commers that are more than 5 minutes late, and the door will be locked.
This is so the class isn’t disrupted and we don’t let out any of that sweet heat as we build up the temperature. The classes are all curated and the warm ups are important, so we don’t want you missing out on that.
