Hot Yoga Flow Slower—a sanctuary for beginners and those seeking an escape for the mind. In this class, we embrace a slower pace, breaking down the flow step by step.

What to Expect:

Gentle Unwinding: Perfect for beginners or those craving a slower-pace.

Options for Depth: Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, there's room to explore.

Relaxing Savasana: Wrap up your practice with an extended savasana, allowing the benefits of your practice to settle in. This class invites you to linger in the blissful aftermath of your yoga journey.

Rocket Yoga

Ascent to Advanced Class: This class is for those seasoned practitioners who crave a more dynamic challenge. No need for the heat—we're turning up the intensity through invigorating sequences. It's a 'led practice,' meaning it's fast-paced, with time for post-class exploration and play.

Intro Classes for Launch: New to Rocket Yoga? Launch into our workshop-style intro sessions. Breaking down the sequence, transitions, arm balances and inversions.
