Our Hot Yoga Flow 26 class is a dynamic blend of the original 26 hot yoga postures with flowing transitions and creative variations.
What to Expect:
Not for Total Beginners: If you're new to yoga, we recommend starting with a Hot Yoga Flow Slower or our Hot Yoga Classic 26&2 before diving into this class. Get a feel for the basics, build your confidence, and then join us over here. If you have practiced other yoga before though and it’s the only class that suits, give it a try.
Balanced Playfulness: Dive into a faster-paced sequence that embraces the joy of movement. Find your balance amid playful challenges, accompanied by a playlist that'll keep you grooving.

Even slower flow to yin
Friday 7:30pm (monthly - check the schedule)
Where gentle movement meets deep stillness. This class begins with a slow, mindful 5-minute flow to ease you into your body and breath, followed by 45 minutes of nourishing Yin poses, and finishes with 10 minutes of grounding relaxation.
What to Expect:
Soft Landing into Stillness: The class opens with a gentle, meditative flow to awaken the body and prepare the mind for rest.
Yin for the Win: The heart of the practice is Yin—long-held, supported poses that target deep connective tissues. With the lights low and the pace slow, you’ll melt into each posture.
Relaxation to Close: We end with a generous savasana or guided relaxation, giving your body time to absorb the benefits and your mind a chance to truly unwind.
